Returns
We get it, sometimes it just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns. Subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item within 30 days of the item being purchased, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

To return an item, please fill out the contact form within the help section & a member of the Baile team will contact you asap. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning the item, we do however, cover the cost of shipping you an exchanged item. 


Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please note, once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to process your refund. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for a new item, you will need to apply for a refund & order again via the website.
