Do you ship worldwide?
YES! We currently ship to USA, EU, AUS & CANADA. We are working hard to add more countries to this list.

Are your items hand dyed?
Yes! We use top quality dyes to individually create bespoke one of a kind creations.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Each product is hand dyed, this usually takes around 1 - 2 business days, shipping time should be calculated after dispatch.

I think my order got lost – what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery delay, as indicated above, please contact us either via email (support@baileclothing.com) as soon as possible so we can resolve any issue.

Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 30 days after the order date.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing orders if not reported within this time frame.

*Please note that weekends are not included in business days.

Will I have to pay any taxes/duties with my order?
You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders. All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that BAILE does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost.

I want to cancel my order!
In the unlikely event that you would like to cancel an order, please fill out our contact form or email support@baileclothing.com within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately as each order is hand dyed and embroidered individually, we can't accept exchanges at the minute. However, we do accept returns, please get in touch via the contact form or email us at support@baileclothing.com. 


If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@baileclothing.com with a photo, as well as your order number. We will sort it out :)
