YES! We currently ship to the EU, UK, USA & Australia. We are working hard to add more countries to this list.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Ireland & EU: Standard delivery is 3 - 5 business days.
UK: Standard delivery is 5 - 7 business days
Rest of world: Standard delivery is 7 - 10 business days
I think my order got lost – what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, as indicated above, please contact us either via email (email@example.com) as soon as possible so we can resolve any issue.
Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 30 days after the order date.
Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing orders if not reported within this time frame.

Will I have to pay any taxes/duties with my order?
We are now fully based in Ireland, which means no custom fees will apply should you order from here. If you are outside of the EU, you will be liable should there be any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders. All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that BAILE does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost.
I want to cancel my order!
In the unlikely event that you would like to cancel an order, please fill out our contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel.Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do accept returns & exchanges, please get in touch via the contact form or email us at email@example.com. We are not able to cover the cost of returning an item to us but we are able to cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, as well as your order number. We will sort it out :)

What happens if what I ordered is out of stock?
Due to high demand & only stocking what is sustainably possible, occasionally some of our products do go out of stock. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels, and we usually expect to replenish any product line within a couple of weeks. If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is out of stock and it looks like it will take longer than expected to get it to you, we will let you know and offer you the option of a full refund.
